Our Community Guidelines are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all users of Blushy AI. By using our platform, you agree to follow these guidelines, all applicable laws, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy. Accounts may be limited or completely removed for violation of these rules, as described below.
These guidelines may be updated periodically. We recommend you check this page regularly. Blushy AI is strictly for individuals who are 18 and older.
- Illegal Activities
Do not promote or facilitate illegal activities. This includes, but is not limited to, offering the following:
- Commercial sexual activities or trafficking.
- Pornographic material created by or including minors or material without consent.
- Content that promotes or glorifies harmful, hazardous, or illegal behavior.
- Malicious Use
Prohibits the uploading, posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available any digital material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
Do not share any content designed to interfere with, harm, or bring down the operation of Blushy AI.
- Hate Speech and Harassment
Content that presents or promotes violence toward or harassment of individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, disability, or other protected characteristics is not allowed.
Harassment. The following types of content are not allowed on the service (but are not limited to):
- Content that constitutes harassment or bullying of users through unwanted messages (directly to them or repeatedly mentioning them) including unsolicited explicit material.
- Misinformation:
Do not share material that is obviously false or misleading, and might reasonably be assumed to cause public harm, including clear threats to public safety, incitement to the violence of all kinds and clearly deceptive description and hoaxes relating to current events that have the potential for substantial public harm.
- Personal information:
Respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal information of users, such as phone numbers, addresses, passwords, or private images, in any way that is not voluntarily shared by their owners.
In no instance should there be the sharing of a minor's personally identifiable information or any personal private conversation or image of that minor.
- Account Security and Impersonation
No access or attempted access of another user’s account without permission will be allowed.
No misrepresentation, false representation, impersonation, or portrayal of accounts that belong to other people.
- Child Exploitation
No content whatsoever of any kind representing minors whether in real-life or artistic or fictional is allowed on the site.
Reports or requests for sharing with or exploiting minors will immediately be forwarded to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
- Spam and Commercial Content
Do not use spamming or unsolicited promotional content, mass messages, or advertisements.
Solicitations of business from other users are not allowed, including coupon codes, sales links, or promotions.
- Sexually Explicit Content
Real or simulated sexual activity in content must be free from portrayals of explicit sexual intercourse, genital stimulation, or nudity in which the context is non-consensual or exploitative.

Violence and Threats
- Sharing content involving graphic violence, threats, or incitement of harm is forbidden.
- Real-world threats, including plans to organize violence, will result in account removal and may be escalated to law enforcement.

Self-Harm and Unsafe Behavior
- Any content that promotes or glorifies self-harm, eating disorders, or substance abuse will be removed. Supportive and educational discussions are encouraged in appropriate contexts.

Intellectual Property
- Only share content that you own or have the rights to use. Do not upload or distribute copyrighted or trademarked material without proper authorization.

Prohibited Transactions
- Do not use Blushy AI to promote, sell, or arrange the transfer of restricted goods, including firearms, drugs, or other regulated items.
Reporting Violations
We rely on our community to help identify inappropriate behavior or content. If you encounter something that violates these guidelines, please report it to us directly at contact@blushy.ai. Our team will review reports promptly and take appropriate action.
Consequences for Violations
- Minor infractions may result in a warning.
- Severe or repeated violations may lead to immediate account suspension or permanent removal.
