At no point are real individuals, models, actors, or performers involved in the creation of any content available on our platform.
As a result, the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 2257A, and associated regulations (28 C.F.R. Part 75) do not apply to Blushy AI. No real human beings are depicted or represented in any actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct in the AI-generated content provided by our services.
